"For years I've used State Farm in Washington State and now I live in California and the service is not lacking. Hugo appears to have many good reviews and deservingly so. There was a corporate system outage and he was unable to process my new liability insurance plan the first time. Well he called me back once the system was up, we processed my plan, and told me about the app which simplifies things. Now I have inexpensive, good coverage and getting it was a pleasure.
